Second of two 8 screen digital walls installed at Gatwick Airport

We have now completed the second of two video walls being installed in the South Terminal Departure lounge of Gatwick Airport.

A bit more of a challenge as this was above a 300,000.00 pound sports car on the best of the best stand!

The site is one of  six for Eye’s digital Landmark Network including screens in Gatwick, Stansted and Manchester.

8 Screen video wall installation at Gatwick Airport

We are pleased to have competed the first of two video wall installations in the South Terminal departure lounge of Gatwick Airport!

The site consists of 8 NEC X462UN’s in a 4×2 format. Working alongside GPL the framework was first installed, then the screens hung, aligned, cabled and configured.  The installation went trouble free and without a hitch, and we now have live content displaying on the screens. We are set to install the second video wall this week – also in the South Terminal.

Ten more screens for Gatwick Airport

This week we installed 10 digital display screens in the soon to open southern entrance bridge at Gatwick Airport.

The installation is the first of three tunnels at Gatwick to be re-developed, and part of a larger roll out of digital infrastructure across airports in the UK.

We are also pleased to be working with Elvis Communication on the new dynamic content for Virgin, which is due to go live when the tunnel is opened.  Currently at the final testing stage, the content will pull down live  XML data feeds and display different messages relevant to the data.  The 10 screens will also run fractionally out of sync so the messages ‘wash’ along the tunnel from screen to screen.

We will add images of the final content when the tunnel is open to the public, but for now here’s a picture of the screens so far…

Go! Oldham Website Refresh

ADXBA has just completed a refresh to the popular Go!Oldham website which helps teenagers find things to do throughout the year all over Oldham.

Moving to a more seasonal template, the current look is based on a Winter theme, which will change throughout the year to keep it fresh.

Go!Oldham’s partner area allows all of Oldham Council’s event partners to securely add their events in a single accessible easy to use system which once approved are published on the website for youngsters to navigate by Date, Location, Age and Event Type.

Going forward, ADXBA is also working closely with Go!Oldham and the Oldham Council Marketing Team establishing the best way to communicate with the teenage sector.
