Today marked the launch of www.gooldham.com – Go! Oldham is a collaboration between Oldham Council GMP and other authority parners. It’s aim is to provide a central resource to youths for exciting events and activities throughout the Oldham area.

The site needed a complete re-design, to provide a more engaging experience for its target audience, as well as having integration with other online media feeds. We implemented modular panels for the site which included feeds to twitter and Flickr, and facebook integration. There’s also a dedicated blog as well as the vast list of activities that include google map references and filters for area, date and type of activity.

A login section allows pre-approved partners to add their own content and keep the site constantly fresh.

To view the website follow this link: www.gooldham.com

Adxba are pleased to be asked to produce an animation for o2. Their current ad campaign uses ducks as the main content and our brief was to animate the current static poster. The sea water was given the impression of movement, and the ducks made to individually ‘bob’ on the surface of the water.
The final animation was used as part of a larger campaign at Manchester Airport!
